Plain Omelette

one of the simplest cuisine that can be served as breakfast and also as light snacks.

How to prepare:
  • crack the eggs into a mixing bowl add a pinch of salt beat well with a forkput a small frying pan on a low heat and let it get hotadd a tablespoon of cooking oilwhen the oil is hot enough add your egg mix and move the pan around to spread them out evenly when the omelette begins to cook and firm up, but still has a little raw egg on top, sprinkle over the chopped cilantro leaves (you can add pepper if you like)ease around the edge of the omelette with a spatula, then fold it in halfwhen it starts to turn golden brown underneath, omelette is ready to be served on a serving plate

do not overcook the omelette. put it off from the pan before it turns dark brown colored.
