Aloo Bhaaji

one of the simplest recipe to serve with any meal.

Ingredients:
  • 2 red skin potatoes
  • 2 dry red chilli
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable/cooking oil
  • few green peas
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1 or 2 chopped cilantro leaves

How to prepare:
  • wash the potatoes
  • now chop the potatoes into two halves first then into thin slices
  • put an nonstick frying pan on medium flame
  • add 2 tablespoon vegetable/cooking oil into the pan
  • add pinch of salt into the oil
  • add 2 dry red chilli into the oil
  • once oil is hot enough add the sliced potatoes into it
  • add pinch of turmeric powder
  • also
  • keep tossing until the potato slices turns light golden brown
  • now add the green peas
  • keep tossing until the potato slices turns bright golden brown
  • the aloo bhaaji (potato chips) is ready to be served
  • add the chopped cilantro leaves on the top as garnish
